We come from inside the businesses we serve. We've spent 15 years building operational infrastructure across founder-led businesses, professional speaking and coaching from the inside, not from a distance.
That means we don't need you to explain your world to us. We already know the founder bottleneck, the gap between vision and execution, and what it takes to build a business that runs without everything depending on you. We also build with modern tools, including AI, because the operation you’re building now isn’t the operation you ran five years ago.

The origin
Named for the fixed point from which all navigation begins.

In 1884, the world's navigators agreed on a single fixed reference point from which all bearings would be measured. That point was Greenwich, England, where the Prime Meridian begins. From that moment, no sailor had to navigate alone. No matter how far a ship traveled or how much the seas changed, Greenwich didn't move.
My father, Michael Lowe, was born in the UK and carried two things with him wherever he went: a deep love of sailing, and an unwavering commitment to helping the people around him find their way. He dedicated his career to helping people achieve their goals. Warm, funny, and genuinely present. The kind of person who showed up in practical, quiet ways when someone needed something. Didn't make a big deal of it. He just did it.
Naming this firm after Greenwich was a way of honoring him. His steadiness, his purpose, his lifelong love of the sea, and his belief that the right support can help anyone find their way. That is what Greenwich Method is. A fixed point of reference. The operational anchor that holds while everything else is in motion.
Our founder
Vickie Nickel, Operational Architect
My career started in corporate America at Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where I spent nearly seven years in marketing, communications, and operations. I learned how large organizations function. How budgets get built, how systems get designed, how people align around a common goal.
In 2011 I founded Vickie Nickel and Associates and spent the next 15 years as the operational backbone behind some of the most recognized names in professional speaking and coaching. World Champions of Public Speaking. NSA Hall of Fame members. I didn't just support their businesses. I built them.
From there I stepped into a Chief of Staff role at Convoso, a high-growth SaaS company, where I built the function from scratch and worked across the full organization on strategic operations, planning, and execution. I brought that back with me when I founded Greenwich Method in 2026.
